Humanix Limited understands that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your personal data is used. We respect and value the privacy of all our customers and will only collect and use personal data in a way that is consistent with our obligations and your rights under law. From May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will apply to all data we hold about our customers.

We keep your personal information private and secure. We will not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your personal information to anyone except as necessary to provide our services or as otherwise described within the detailed Privacy Policy – see link below. 

Access to your personal data is restricted to those employees that need access to it to perform their role. Should any of the information we hold become out-of-date or need updating please contact our Data Protection Officer at deryck@humanix.co.uk

Please refer to our Cookie Policy for details on how we use Cookies. We do not collect any data that can identify you personally through our website, although in line with most websites, some information, e.g. IP address, date and time of visit is logged. Google Analytics are used to monitor our website. We only collect the data that is necessary to perform legitimate business services.

GDPR

The confidentiality and security of your data has always been very important to Humanix. We have completed reviews to ensure that your data is held only for legitimate reasons and in a secure manner within our systems as well as, if applicable, by our suppliers.
All staff and management are aware of the scope and impact of GDPR. We have a Data Protection Policy and we provide information security training to all staff that includes handling confidential data, data retention and data disposal. We have enhanced our processes to ensure compliance with the new requirements and we will continue to do so through testing and reviewing this, at a minimum, annually.

Please contact our Data Protection Officer by emailing deryck@humanix.co.uk if you wish to make a request regarding any of the Customer Rights.

Humanix Ltd does not send marketing emails - we will only contact you if you have already enquired with us for information about our services, or if you are a current customer in the process of receiving our services (including post service follow up and customer care).
